To redeem a reward, the customer generates a temporary code and the business validates it at checkout. The card's QR code does not replace that code.

What to know before getting started.
Who can provide a loyalty program for my customers?
YOLOTENGO provides tools for participating businesses to define points and rewards. Request a demonstration to confirm requirements, availability in your country and program setup.
Can I use Apple Wallet and Google Wallet?
Compatible cards can be saved to Apple Wallet for iPhone or Google Wallet for Android. Availability depends on the card, program, device and platform availability in your country.
Can I invite customers by email, link or QR code?
You can share an enrollment link or QR code using the available options, and send the link by email. Gift cards have their own delivery and recipient-verification journey; this does not imply a bulk campaign tool.
Is a gift card the same as a reward?
No. A gift card carries a monetary balance and the issuer's terms. A reward is earned with loyalty-program points. The business defines each set of rules.
Can I issue cards in any local currency?
Issue cards in 34 currencies, including GTQ, USD, MXN, BRL, EUR, CNY, CAD, GBP, CHF and AUD. If yours is missing, email soporte@yolotengo.app to request it. Each card keeps its issuing currency; balances are not automatically converted.
What does it cost and how do I begin?
The mobile plan costs US$4 per month per business. The Web Dashboard for PC costs US$30 per month per business. Both include unlimited customers, users and cashiers. Other currency equivalents are indicative. Contact the team to activate your business and arrange payment.
Do my customers need to install the app?
The loyalty journey uses the customer's YOLOTENGO account. Gift recipients can claim their card through the appropriate link and verification; when enabled, they can save it to a Wallet without installing YOLOTENGO. Ask about your intended journey during the demonstration.
