A café in Guatemala
A program can recognize regular purchases with points and a reward chosen by the café. Gift cards follow a separate journey, with a balance in Guatemalan quetzales and the issuer's terms.
During the demonstration, review purchase recording, temporary-code validation and the balance after redemption.

Can a café in Guatemala issue gifts in quetzales?
GTQ is a supported card currency. The business must select it when issuing and set its terms; loyalty points are managed separately from the gift balance. Business activation in Guatemala must be confirmed before starting.
How do I check customer access in Guatemala?
The Android app is publicly listed on Google Play in Guatemala; use the official link on this page. The listed iPhone access remains the TestFlight, which is not an App Store release. Confirm Wallet options for your program and device.
How is a coffee redeemed as a points reward?
The café defines the required points and the reward. The customer generates a temporary redemption code, which staff validate at checkout before handing over the coffee. The card QR identifies the customer; it does not replace that code or debit a gift card.
